My 1998 Mazda B3000's blower only seems to work on high, it does this for the heater and AC i've searched around the net and i've herad mention about a resistor, or fuses but im not quite sure at this pont. Any Ideas?

You have a blower motor resister, usually in the plenum near the blower itself. It consists of sev coiled wires, each one is a different size, and that is what regulates the speed of the motor. It has sev wires going to it, and on high speed, its a direct link , full 12 volts going to the motor. you should see it under the dash, usually in the glove box area. Same thing happened to my mitsu, had a heck of a time getting one, yours should be easier....

Thanks for the help I appreciate it, any Idea where I could get a the proper resistor that I need? Or are they available at any auto parts store/radio shack?

Ya gotta go to an auto parts store. there are two companys that carry your resister.
KEM # BR 127
STANDARD MOTOR PRODUCTS #RU-319
Or, you could get it at the dealer, but it would cost almost double, unless you get a good discount. Sometimes, the parts from the above companys are the original part anyhow. BTW, do you have the 3.0 V6 in your mazda?? how has it been?? I`ve heard they do have some oil leak problems?? take care.....

Yea its the 3.0 V6 stickshift, I havent had any oil leak problems so far 55k miles

well, you can always try some online stores for the parts. I always resort to online buying whenever the dealer doesn't have the parts that I need. you can try auto parts .com also.
